Sonoma’s 9/11 remembrance

Saint Francis Solano School students unfurl a giant American flag in preparation for the school’s annual 9/11 Tribute. The school has recognized the day for the past 17 years with prayers, music and planting flags in the front lawn.
Members of local VFW and America Legion groups were among the honored guests at the ceremony, including Saint Francis Solano School annual 9/11 Tribute. Tim Arensmeier, Wilda Vaughn , John Gray, Bob Smith and Gene Campagna.
Members of the military, first responders, law enforcement, doctors and nurses were also in attendance.
