Spooktacular

The Sonoma Valley Visitors Bureau presents Spooktacular Sonoma, a Halloween trick-or-treat activity for local children on October 31 from 2 to 5 p.m.

Businesses and organizations around the historic Sonoma Plaza will be handing out candy to young children and their parents during daylight hours.

Trick-or-treaters start by visiting the Sonoma Visitors Center at 453 E. First Street to get a treat as well as a map to participating businesses. They can then explore the shops and businesses around the plaza, trick or treating at stores who will have a poster in their window showing that they are handing out candy.

“We’re glad to have our local businesses involved in this event,” said Tim Zahner, executive director of Sonoma Valley Visitors Bureau. “Our business community is excited to open their doors to our local families and young children. Keep an eye out for the Spooktacular Sonoma posters around the Plaza.”

Businesses interested in participating can sign-up by emailing [email protected].
